A transformative online programme to help you:
Understand how trauma affects the mind, body and nervous system, and why your responses make complete sense
Learn proven strategies to regulate your nervous system and expand your capacity for safety and connection
Reconnect with your body through compassion-based, trauma-sensitive yoga and mindful movement
Develop a kinder, more supportive inner voice with Compassion-Focused Therapy practices
Move at a pace that works for you, with the option to work independently or with additional support from Dr Anouk
This course will be offered in two pathways:
Self-Guided: Work through the modules at your own pace with on-demand videos, audio practices, and reflection tools.
Guided by Dr Anouk (Limited Spaces): A deeper, more supported experience that includes group sessions, live Q&As, and personalised guidance โ available by application only to ensure itโs the right fit.

The resources and programmes in the Recovery Room are a genuine starting point. But for many people, the next step is one-to-one therapy, particularly for trauma that is more complex or that has been present for a long time.
If you are ready for that step, or if you would like to explore whether the time is right, I work with adults in individual therapy at the Newtown Clinic in Marlow. Sessions are tailored to you and draw on EMDR, Compassion Focused Therapy, trauma-focused CBT and other evidence-based approaches depending on what you are working with.
I am a recognised insurance provider and offer both in-person sessions in Marlow and online sessions for those based further away.
