The Recovery Room is a space for adults who are ready to understand their trauma, reconnect with their bodies, and begin rebuilding a life grounded in safety, compassion, and choice. Whether your experiences happened long ago or more recently, this is a place to start gently — with knowledge, tools, and practices that support your healing from the inside out.

👉 This is not therapy per se — but it is a place to begin the work of recovery, to learn the language of your nervous system, and to take meaningful steps towards healing.
