Helping teenagers — and the adults they become — overcome anxiety, heal from trauma, and thrive

A safe space to understand, support, and grow — in Marlow, Buckinghamshire, Berkshire and beyond

Dr Anouk is part of the Seed Wellness community where we believe that real change begins in our homes, schools and communities.
Our workshops bring parents, professionals, and young people together to learn, reflect, and build stronger foundations for teen wellbeing — and for the adults they’ll grow into.

Whether you’re a parent trying to understand your teenager, a teacher supporting anxious students, or a professional working with youth, these events are designed to help you connect, learn, and grow.

Examples of Community Events & Collaborations

Over the past few years, I’ve been privileged to collaborate with local schools, wellness communities and national conferences to support teenage mental health and wellbeing.

A Final Note

Everything here is rooted in a simple idea:

When adults heal, feel supported and informed, teens thrive — and the cycle of anxiety, stress and disconnection can be broken.

Thank you for being part of this growing community.
